Of the Moirae, the Greek Fates, Atropos was the Crone of the triad. (In relation to the Maiden, Clotho, and the Matron, Lachesis.) It was Atrops who ended life by cutting the threads of mortal destiny.

Diaphthora - Reveal: If you have three Fates in play, deal 3 damage to an opponent. This ability cannot reduce a warrior below 1 life.

Atropos was released as the participation card for tournaments at the 2006 Dragon*Con convention. A set of the three Fates were a prize in the 2006/07 Winter Gauntlet.
