Ostensibly a sword belt, the balteus was also a means of displaying and individual's influence or wealth. It carried a warrior's weapons, but it also displayed the personal styling of the warrior who wore it.

Note: This card was never printed. The final version from the design team has been spoiled to players on the Anachronism forums. There's no telling whether or not this card will be printed, and if it were, that it'd have the same text as the spoiled version.
As is, one will notice missing elements, since the card hasn't been finished. There's no artist or flavor text; ability titles are English, rather than Latin.
