There were two different spears utilized by Carthaginian forces. The main Carthaginian infantry used the Greek Sarissa. As for the light infantry and the mercenaries, spears more akin to javelins were the popular choice.

Note: This card was never printed. The final version from the design team has been spoiled to players on the Anachronism forums. There's no telling whether or not this card will be printed, and if it were, that it'd have the same text as the spoiled version.
As is, one will notice missing elements, since the card hasn't been finished. There's no artist or flavor text; card names and ability titles are English, rather than Punic.
