The short sword of the Celtiberian tribes, the espasa was the basis for the Roman Gladius. The first Roman version, the Gladius Hispaniensis was basically a direct copy of the Espasa.

Note: This card was never printed. The final version from the design team has been spoiled to players on the Anachronism forums. There's no telling whether or not this card will be printed, and if it were, that it'd have the same text as the spoiled version.
As is, one will notice missing elements, since the card hasn't been finished. There's no artist or flavor text; card names and ability titles are English, rather than Punic.
