Once, after defeating Roman cohorts, Kedeke Amanirenas defaced the statue of Augustus Caesar, first Emperor of Rome. She then cut off the statue's head, taking it back to Meroë as a symbolic prize. The head was eventually given the disrespect of being buried in the doorway of an important building.

Status of Set 8

Note: This card was never printed. The final version from the design team has been spoiled to players on the Anachronism forums. There's no telling whether or not this card will be printed, and if it were, that it'd have the same text as the spoiled version.

As is, one will notice missing elements, since the card hasn't been finished. There's no artist or flavor text; card names and ability titles are English, rather than Meroitic. Then again, Meroitic isn't exactly a language anyone understands well.
