When Mehmed II, the Conqueror, captured Constantinople in 1453, the official name (allegedly) became Islambol. However, the old nickname for The City stuck, becoming official in the 20th century -- İstanbul.

Rulings
- The Yeni san ability specifically replaces the bonus of attacks made "at +0" (such as with Shurikan). It does not affect attacks whose overall modifier is +0.
