Warrior Pack
Macuahuitl comes with the Itzcóatl warrior pack.
From the QCT
Macuahuitl vs. Pieptarul:
"Handicapat: When you are attacked, card abilities on opposing weapons have no effect."
This one was in doubt during a tourney last saturday. "After you miss" is still inside "When you attack"? Could I make my basic or not, considering the armor ability?
•'After you miss' is indeed occurring while Pieptarul affects the weapon, and so will have no effect. Pieptarul's ability comes into effect after 'before you are attacked' abilities are used, and will stay in effect through the entire attack up to and inclding the damage reduction and application steps. 'After you attack' effects occur after the attack is complete in full, and terefore after Pieptarul stops working for that attack.
