Quetzalcoatl is the most (in)famous Aztec deity, in terms of mainstream knowledge. Aside from the oft-repeated legends, Quetzalcoatl was often depicted as a feathered serpent (the meaning of his name). He and Tezcatlipoca often worked as a pair -- sometimes together, usually as rivals.

Trivia
Quetzalcoatl…
- was never depicted as a fair-haired Spaniard (re: this card's artwork). In fact, the whole Montezuma/Quetzalcoatl superstition myth may be based off the legend off an ancient Toltec priest -- or completely made up.
