Mnch n: You may have two inspirations in play. While you do, your basic attacks deal +1 damage.

Seti I waged aggressive campaigns against the Hittites and Libyans, reclaiming much of Egypt's prestige abroad. He was eventually succeeded by his son, Ramses II.

From the FAQ

"You may use another {card type or trait}"

•If the phrase specifies a card type (Weapon, Inspiration, Armor or Special), you may use a second card of the specified type, but still must adhere to the limited traits rules.

•Each use of 'another' means 'one besides this one', so multiple cards with these phrases do not allow the use of three or more such cards. Similarly, the combination of 'You may use another Inspiration' and another card that says 'You may use up to two Inspirations' (Such as Seti I) does not allow the use of a total of three Inspirations.

From the QCT

Can you use Tyr with Sahm to make an attack with the Sahm a critical hit? Also, can you use Seti with Tyr and Odin to make critical hits?

•If you use Sahm's ability, and the single die you roll is a 1, the attack will be a critical hit if it hits.

•Similarly, if you use Odin and Try together, make an attack roll, and the single die you roll is a 1, the attack will be a critical hit if it hits.

•In short, you do not need to roll a minimum of two dice for Tyr to have an effect.

...this kid I was demoing thought of running Seti, the three fates and the Native American basic attack bonus weapon.

Is this legal? Basically, since playing three fates is a different type of allowance than playing two inspirations, I was confused as hell. Even scarier, instead of the NA jawbone, what if he put in Wakhan Thanka or Rokumonsenmon? Would 4 inspirations (1 regular inspiration, and 3 fates) make a difference?

•The three fates are legal to play with Seti... Lachesis allows three fates - a different allowance than Seti's, making it legal since they don't conflict. I think since you clearly state an understanding of the rule, 'confused as hell' is something of an exaggeration.

•You could not run Rokumonsenmon or Wakhan Thanka along with the fates. The text on Lachesis specifies 'three Fate Inspirations' - this allows three cards that are inspirations and fates. Seti's 'two inspiration' allowance is already met and fully used by the time you have two (or three) fate inspirations in play as allowed by Lachesis.

Ok, Just another, but related question: Does Seti get his +1 damage bonus, since he's not running 2 but 3 inspirations?

•Yes, Seti would still get the damage bonus.
