Carthage utilized a number of mercenaries within their military. The Celtiberians were especially important during the Second Punic War, after the Barca family gained colonies in Iberia (modern-day Spain).

Note: This card was never printed. The final version from the design team has been spoiled to players on the Anachronism forums. There's no telling whether or not this card will be printed, and if it were, that it'd have the same text as the spoiled version.

 

As is, one will notice missing elements, since the card hasn't been finished. There's no artist or flavor text; card names and ability titles are English, rather than Punic.
