Sublician Bridge

Page history last edited by MindBomber 16 years, 5 months ago

The Sublician Bridge, or Pons Sublicius, was the earliest known bridge of Ancient Rome. It spanned the River Tiber, and was the scene of Horatius Cocles stand against the Etruscans. It was destroyed to deny the Etruscans entry to the city; it was destroyed throughout Roman history, usually to be rebuilt.

Status of Set 8

Note: This card was never printed. The final version from the design team has been spoiled to players on the Anachronism forums. There's no telling whether or not this card will be printed, and if it were, that it'd have the same text as the spoiled version.

As is, one will notice missing elements, since the card hasn't been finished. There's no artist or flavor text; card names & ability titles are English, rather than Latin.
