The Texan Question: At the start of each round, if you are adjacent to an opponent, your attack and defense rolls against that opponent gain +1 that round.

Arising out of tension between Anglo-American settlers and the Mexican government, hostilities commenced at the Battle of Gonzales, in October 1835.

Trivia

  • Tejas wasn't the only Mexican region to rebel against its young government.
  • Though Texas declared independence after the Battle of San Jacinto in 1836; this status wasn't cemented until after the U.S. annexation and the end of the Mexican-American War in 1846.
