The tlacochtli was a short spear that could be thrown. It differed from the bigger tepoztopilli, a longer polearm (about the size of a man) with a broader head.

Aztec • Weapon • Polearm (1 Hand)
Mina: Before you make an attack roll with this weapon, you may discard this card. If you do, your attack roll gains +3, or the roll counts as doubles.
Tipped with stone, copper or obsidian, these short spears were preferred in close combat, where longer weapons proved less effective.

Warrior Pack
Tlacochtli comes with the Cuitláhuac warrior pack.
From the QCT
I know that if you discard Tlacochtli while using Batu Khan and Critically hit, you don't get another swing with it, but if you have another weapon and could you're in the right space in your grid, could you attack with it?
•Yes.
